New York State Police say a Windsor man is facing felony charges for allegedly falsifying business records while working for a Mirabito gas station.

24 year old Adam Gager is accused of stealing over $800 from the gas station on Old Route 17 in Windsor by deleting items from the store sales records and using the money to buy lottery tickets.

State Police say Gager is accused of deleting items from records numerous times in September and October of 2016.

Gager was sent to the Broome County Jail on $2,000 bail.
