An employee of a Binghamton funeral home is accused of stealing $50,000 over three years.  58 year old Helen Eickhoff pleaded not guilty in Broome County Court to felony grand larceny and 33 counts of falsifying business records.

Prosecutors allege Eickhoff stole from the Earnest Parsons Funeral Home between September 2007 and June of 2010.

Papers filed in court allege the woman used the money for her own purposes or for another person.  The filing continues to state that Eickhoff was fired from the funeral home and had made false entries in the home’s check register.

Eickhoff was indicted last September.
