The Chenango Forks Blue Devils proved size doesn't always matter as they downed Union-Endicott 21-7 in high school football last (Saturday) night.  Union-Endicott has the higher enrollment of the two and is classified as an 'A' school.  Chenango Forks has been a 'C' school now playing at the 'B' level.

The teams battled to a 7-7 tie at the end of the first half.  In the second half fullback Tim McDonald scored two rushing touchdowns to give the Blue Devils the victory at U-E's Ty Cobb Stadium.

The clash between the two schools was the first time they have faced each other on the gridiron.  With the win the Blue Devils  up their season record to 2-0 while the Tigers fall to 1-1.
