Broome County officials will be selling tax foreclosure properties from throughout the county, including the City of Binghamton starting at 10 a.m. on the 14th at the Holiday Inn Arena in downtown Binghamton. 

Bidders need to register between 8:30 and 10 that morning.

The county has 135 properties on the block that include vacant lots, residential two and single family homes and commercial lots. 

All properties are sold as-is.

Maps of each parcel are available for viewing during regular business hours at the office of the Broome County Real Property Tax Department on the second floor of the County Office Building on Hawley Street, Binghamton.

Interested bidders can tour some of the properties during open houses December 7 and 8.
