Five Pounds Of Marijuana Found In Binghamton Home
A Binghamton man was arrested after police confiscated five pounds of marijuana, some heroin and weapons from his home.
Authorities say 56-year-old Anthony Zuccaro of Prospect Street was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance and weapon possession.
Police say they found the marijuana, along with a .22 caliber rifle and a pair of chuka sticks when they executed a search warrant.
Although Zuccaro wasn't home at the time, investigators took him found him a short time later.
Zuccaro was issued appearance tickets for Binghamton city court.
