Last night the Binghamton Mets clobbered New Hampshire 14-3.  Tonight, the Fisher Cats turned the tables on Binghamton with a 16-5 romp in Manchester. B-Mets starter Erik Goeddel suffered his third loss of the season.  The Fisher Cats used an eight -run seventh inning to blow the game open.

Allan Dykstra hit his 14th home run of the season while Travis Taijeron notched his 17th homer of the season (8 with Binghamton and 9 with St. Lucie).  Those were the only offensive highlights for the B-Mets.

With the loss the B-Mets record stands at 53-32.  New Hampshire moves to 42-46.  The two teams meet in a day game tomorrow beginning at 12:05 PM (air at 11:50 AM on 1360 AM WYOS).  This is the final game before the Eastern League All-Star break on Tuesday and Wednesday.  The B-Mets open a five-game series against Portland at NYSEG Stadium with a doubleheader on Thursday beginning at 5:35 PM.
