No injuries are being reported after fire destroyed a home and a recreational vehicle parked next to the house on Mount Hunger Road in Lisle.

The blaze was reported at around 10:45 a.m. February 13.

Firefighters arriving on the scene found the house fully engulfed in flames.

Three residents were able to escape with their dog but one or more cats may have died in the fire.

Fire departments from Lisle, Killawog, Glen Aubrey and the Endicott Fire Search Team worked at the scene in conditions where the wind chill was in the minus double-digits.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
