Fire Destroys a Mobile Home in Smithville

Investigators are looking into the cause of a Christmas morning fire that destroyed a trailer home in Chenango County.

Firefighters were called to the home on Hammerle Road in the Town of Smithville at 10:25 p.m. There were no injuries.

The residents are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
