Fenton Man Sentenced For Child Pornography

A Town of Fenton father of four will spend 30 years in Federal Prison for producing child pornography.

43 year old Jeffrey Turner admitted sexually abusing a 14 year old girl for several months and putting sexually explicit images of the girl on his computer.

Court papers had indicated that Turner abused the girl starting Memorial Day weekend, 2012 and continued until the girl reported the abuse at the end of August, 2012.

Turner pleaded guilty in May in Federal Court to producing child pornography.  He also pleaded in Broome County Court to rape and criminal sexual act.

Turner has now been registered by New York State as a sex offender.
