Felony Sex Charges Filed Against a Walton Man

A Walton man is accused of numerous felony and misdemeanor sex offenses.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say they have charged 20 year old Brandon Lewis with three felony counts each of rape and criminal sexual acts as well as three misdemeanor sexual misconduct counts.

Lewis is accused of having sex with two victims under the age of 17 between December 2014 and July.

If he is convicted, as a second felony offender, Lewis faces possible consecutive prison sentences of three to seven years for each felony count and will be required to register as a sex offender.

Lewis was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $20,000 bail.
