Felonies Charged for Stolen Debit Card

A 26 year old Binghamton man is accused of using a stolen debit card to withdraw less than thousand dollars from a bank account in the Town of Chenango.

Jesse Bryant is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say the owner of the debit card contacted them on July 30^th after finding unauthorized charges on the account.

Bryant has been ordered to appear in Town of Chenango Court at a later date.
