Fatal Crash Reported in Delaware County

New York State Police are investigating a fatal collision last night on State Route 17 near East Branch in Delaware County.

State Police had initially reported a multiple-vehicle crash but information from other emergency service sources this morning indicated the collision may have involved a vehicle and a pedestrian.

The crash closed east bound lanes in the area of exit 90 from around 8 p.m. into early this morning.

The State Police have not released the identities of the people involve and say more information is expected to be coming later today.
