Little Italy Endicott to host Carnivale di Venezia
Masquerade Ball is group’s first fundraiser of 2018

Endicott, NY - The Little Italy Endicott Board has announced the second annual “Carnivale di Venezia” Masquerade Ball to be held from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018, at the Sons of Italy Duca Degli Abruzzi Lodge, 126 Odell Avenue, Endicott, NY. This elegant masquerade celebration will transport guests to the Carnivale in Venice, Italy! The night includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, basket raffles, live music, and fun. Guests are asked, but not required, to wear masks and cocktail attire to help set the Carnivale mood.
The Carnivale di Venezia is Little Italy Endicott’s first fundraiser of the year. The organization works to redevelop the Northside of Endicott into a vibrant ethnic hub that will preserve Italian-American immigrant heritage and revitalize the neighborhood retail space. Proceeds from fundraisers will help the group’s efforts to promote Endicott’s Northside and support future programming at the Little Italy Heritage Center and Museum.

The event is one of nine fundraisers scheduled for 2018. Others include:
• Wine Pairing Dinner at Cerasaro’s Oaks Inn (April TBD, 2018)
• Summer Concerts in the Park (June, July, August)
• GUSTO! Italian Festival (August 31, 2018)
• Mass on the Grass (September 1, 2018)
• Little Italy Golf Tournament at Endwell Greens (September TBD, 2018)
• Bus Trip to Ferragosta in Bronx, NY (September 9, 2018)
• Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony (December 7, 2018)
• Frank Sinatra Birthday Dinner (December 10, 2018)
Tickets for the Masquerade Ball are $35 and are available at Antonio's Bar and Jarets Stuffed Cupcakes (Oak Hill Ave) or by calling 607-444-1701; tickets can also be purchased at the door the night of the event.
