Bob Joseph/WNBF News

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they found a fugitive from justice, wanted in Virginia for child pornography, at  his home in Endwell.

24 year old Nicholas Restino reportedly traveled with a girl from New York to Virginia, engaged in sexual relations and recorded a sex act with an underage girl.

Sheriff’s officials searched Restino’s Town of Union home on Pheasant Lane and say they seized evidence in relation to the Virginia case.

Restino is charged in the Commonwealth of Virginia with 2 counts each of production of child pornography and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Restino is being held in the Broome County Jail, awaiting an extradition hearing.
