Endicott police say they've arrested a suspect in the theft of scrap metal and other items from a village business.

Investigators say 42-year-old Paul Huss of Moore Avenue, Endwell, has been charged with felony burglary.

Police say they believe Huss entered a locked storage shed at ANC Plumbing and Heating on Jennings Street around one o'clock Wednesday morning.

In addition to metal, construction equipment and power tools were said to have been taken from the shed.

Detectives say Huss was discovered driving in Endicott ten hours later.

The vehicle he was operating contained some of the items reportedly stolen from the business.

Huss was taken into custody with assistance from New York State Police.

Huss was arraigned in Endicott village court and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
