Endwell Man Accused of Forcible Rape

An Endwell man is accused of forcibly raping a victim in the Town of  Union.

New York State Police say they received the report on January 21 and arrested 31 year old Joseph Mancini.  He was charged with felony counts of rape and criminal sex act.

Mancini was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
