An Endwell man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at almost four times the legal limit.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials stopped 44 year old Bradford Russell on Country Club Road and say they measured his BAC at .31% and he had a prior drunk driving conviction.

Deputies say, some witnesses attempted to stop the driver on Robins Street in the Town of Union before the deputy found the vehicle on Country Club Road.

Officials say due to Bradford’s prior drunk driving conviction, his drunk driving and aggravated drunk driving charges are felonies. He’s also charged with driving without a license.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
