Johnson City police say a mother has been accused of driving under the influence of drugs with her four-year-old daughter in her vehicle.

Authorities say 34-year-old Shayne Anderson of Endicott was charged with misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Anderson also was charged with felony aggravated driving while ability impaired by drugs with a child in the vehicle. In addition to those charges, she faces two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police received a report of an intoxicated driver at a drive-through window of a Taco Bell restaurant.

Investigators say Anderson was found in a vehicle in the parking lot of the business.

Police say they determined the woman was under the influence of some type of drug. They say Anderson was found to be in possession of Suboxone and Clonazepam,  which are controlled substances.

Anderson was issued appearance tickets for Johnson City village court.
