An Endicott woman who reportedly had problems pumping gas in the Village is charged with felony driving while intoxicated.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say at 12:10 p.m. October 30, officials got a report of a possible intoxicated driver.

Authorities say they found 48 year old Lisa Weaver failing at attempts to put gas in a vehicle on West Main Street before throwing the hose onto the ground.

Officials say they measured Weaver’s blood alcohol content at .27% and say they believed she was also under the influence of drugs.

Weaver was admitted to a hospital for evaluation and issued a ticket to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
