Endicott Woman Accused of Driving With BAC 3X the Limit

New York State Police say they measured an Endicott woman’s blood alcohol level at more than three times the legal amount as they investigated a crash March 11 in the City of Binghamton.

Troopers say 35 year old Elizabeth Bromsey crashed her Jeep on Tompkins Street at 2:40 a.m.

Authorities say Bromsey registered a blood alcohol content of .25%.

Bromsey is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and has been ordered to report to Binghamton City Court later this month.
