An Endicott man is facing numerous charges after Village Police say they stopped a vehicle on Broad Street at 5:29 p.m. February 9.

Police say 31 year old Christopher Koedatich is accused of attempting to grab a briefcase from the vehicle, throw away a coffee cup containing over $1,400 and flee the scene.  After a brief struggle, Koedatich was arrested and officers say they seized over seven ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, packaging material, Acetaminophen, Oxycodone and $1,960.

He is charged with felony tampering with evidence as well as misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Koedatich was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
