The Endicott man who is accused of using the internet to lure a Wisconsin woman to his home and holding her against her will for sex is being offered a plea deal.

50-year-old Larry Servedio is asking for more time to consider the offer that would mean 15 years in jail in exchange for guilty pleas to two felony counts of kidnapping.

Servedio is accused of luring the 52-year-old woman to his home through the business networking website, LinkedIn, in July.

Prosecutors say Servedio made the woman tell her family in Fond Du Lac that she had married in News York State and they should not contact her.  The family was suspicious and filed a missing person report with their police department.

Authorities used cell phone records to track the woman to Broome County where she was located by Endicott Police.  She told authorities that Servedio had threatened to kill her and her family if she tried to leave.

The victim has since returned to Wisconsin.

Servedio is due to appear before Judge Joseph Cawley October 22.  If he rejects the plea deal Servedio could face up to 25 years to life in prison if he is convicted on all 24 counts that are charged against him.
