Authorities say 31-year-old Kara West of High Street, Binghamton, faces nearly a dozen felony counts.

Investigators say West worked at Absolut Care on Nantucket Drive when she stole the credit card from someone who lives there.

West is accused of using the card to make purchases at Price Chopper stores in Endicott and Binghamton. She also allegedly used it to buy merchandise at the Walmart store in Vestal.

According to Endicott detectives, West was charged with four counts each of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft. She faces one count of grand larceny and two counts of forgery.

West was arraigned in Endicott village court and released on her own recognizance.
