Endicott Motel Resident Accused Of Stealing Cash

Endicott police say a man who has been living at a Washington Avenue motel is suspected of taking several hundred dollars from the business manager's apartment.

Investigators say 52-year-old Joseph Lazzaro was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.

Detectives say Lazzaro is believed to have entered the manager's apartment to steal cash. About $800 was reported missing.

Lazzaro was arraigned in Endicott village court. He was sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
