Authorities say Kerry Edick of Endicott became disorderly at Barnaby's Pub at 2101 East Main Street in Endwell.

State police were called to the establishment Tuesday afternoon. Troopers determined Edick was intoxicated and was unhappy when he was not able to continue drinking.

Investigators say Edick refused to leave the business when he was directed to do so several times by police. He then allegedly resisted being handcuffed. No injuries were reported.

Edick was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree menacing and resisting arrest. He also was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Edick was arraigned in Union town court. He was sent to Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.
