Endicott Man is Accused of Stealing/Selling Furniture

An Endicott man is accused of stealing furniture that was being stored in a couple buildings in the Village over the course of several months and selling the items to a second-hand store.

Village Police say 36 year old Justin Smith is charged with two felony burglary counts.

Officials say the stolen items were recovered from the store.

Police say Smith is accused illegally entering a building on East Main Street and another one on Arthur Avenue over the course of several months and stealing pieces of furniture.

Smith is being held in the Broome County Jail without bail.
