The Endicott man accused of enticing a Wisconsin woman to come to Broome County then holding her against her will and forcing her to have sex is under indictment on 24 counts.

50 year old Larry Servedio is under indictment for kidnapping, rape, criminal sexual act, grand larceny, torturing and injuring an animal and other counts.

The indictment was handed down September 11 in Broome County Court.

Servedio allegedly contacted the woman online through Linkedin and told her he would show her around New York State.

In news releases following his arrest in July, authorities said Servedio had posed as law enforcement officials and even an FBI agent and tried to get the 52 year old woman’s family in Fond DuLac to send money, saying their mother was in trouble with the law. He also allegedly had the woman call her daughter and say she was married in New York, would not be coming home, and her family should not try to contact her.

Authorities in Wisconsin used cell phone transmissions to narrow down where the woman was located.

Servedio is being held in the Broome County Jail without bail.
