Endicott Man Charged After Traffic Stop

A traffic stop in Broome County resulted in a drug possession charge.

Authorities say 30-year-old James Barnes of West Main Street, Endicott, was arrested Wednesday.

Investigators say police executed a search warrant for Barnes and his vehicle.

Police say officers discovered some crack cocaine in the search.

Barnes was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
