Endicott Man Arrested in Identify Theft Investigation

An Endicott man faces several charges following an investigation into an identity theft complaint.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, 31-year-old William Blenco of Morlando Drive was arrested on September 12.

Authorities say Blenco was charged with two counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of second-degree identity theft.

Blenco was arraigned in Owego town court and released on his own recognizance.
