Endicott Man Accused of Stalking

An Endicott man is accused of sending sexually explicit photos of a woman’s teenaged children to her and stalking the victim.

30 year old Tarod Stanback in the past had a brief relationship with the woman.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say the man is accused of texting her multiple times, threatening her and showing up at her workplace.

Deputies say after Stanback reportedly showed up at the Endwell business, he left on foot before authorities arrived but continued to text and threaten the woman and her children.

He was found hiding at a nearby McDonalds restaurant, watching the deputies out of the window.

Investigators say they learned that Stanback apparently sent sexually explicit photos of the victim’s 14 and 16 year old children to her out of revenge.

He is charged with felony dissemination of indecent material to minors and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated harassment and stalking.

Stanback was sent to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and her children.
