An Endicott man is accused of driving without a license and resisting arrest.

New York State Police say they stopped Adnre Gilliam December 4 on Oak Street in the City of Binghamton.

Troopers say Gilliam refused to provide identification to the officer and locked his vehicle.

After authorities managed to get Gilliam out of his vehicle, he allegedly physically resisted arrest.

Gilliam is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail on $5,000 bail.
