An Endicott man is charged with felony burglary in connection with a afternoon break-in June 8 at an Oak Hill Avenue apartment.

New York State Police accuse 21 year old Joshua Mazyck of menacing the occupants with a wooden table leg at 2:06 p.m.

One of the residents reportedly suffered a minor injury during a scuffle with the suspect but did not require medical attention.

Mazyck was found a couple blocks away from the apartment by responding police patrols and taken into custody.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
