An Endicott man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at over three times the legal limit.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 47 year old Scott Smith was pulled over on Leona Drive near Glendale Drive at 8:33 p.m. February 7 after authorities say they saw him swerving across double lines and driving in the oncoming lane.

Deputies say Smith’s blood alcohol level was measured at .27%.

Smith is charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content at .18% or higher, driving left of pavement markings and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
