Endicott Forced Sexual Contact Charged

A 37 year old Endicott man is accused of forcing sexual contact on a 14 year old girl.

Village Police say Scott Fredenburg is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child in connection with the reported incident January 19.

Fredenburg was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
