Endicott Police, along with the New York State Police Community Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Vestal Police Department say they have arrested eleven people in what is described as a Quality of Life Crime Investigation in the areas of North Street, North McKinley Avenue and Oak Hill Avenue in Endicott.

Changes ranged from violation of Village Code for possessing an open container in a vehicle to possession of Hydrocodone pills, marijuana and crack cocaine.

Police say the arrests came during traffic stops as well as surveillance operations on North street, North McKinley Avenue and Oak Hill Avenue.

Officials say they made eight vehicle stops, five vehicle and traffic arrests, eight penal law arrests, four village code arrests and one public health law arrest.

Arrested were: 19 year old Lawrence sledge of Binghamton, 43 year old Keith Button of Binghamton, 19 year old William Mills of Endwell, 56 year old Leonard Watson of Endicott, 21 year old Justin Krissell of the Town of Union, 20 year old Nicholas Moleski of Vestal, 18 year old Gaven Nicholoff, 26 year old Rocky Haight and 31 year old Jason Salvinski.
