DWI Crash in Walton

A Walton woman is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level of .18% or higher after crashing a vehicle on Pines Brook Road in the Town of Walton April 16.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 22 year old Fawn Palladino was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and several vehicle and traffic violations.

Authorities say Palladino appeared to have lost control of her vehicle while turning onto Pines Brook Road from Left Pines Brook Road.

Deputies also arrested 27 year old Amanda Dente for obstructing governmental administration after she allegedly became violent with responders on the scene.

Both women were issued tickets to appear in Town of Walton Court at a later date.
