Several police agencies in Cortland and Tompkins Counties report the arrests of two men in connection with a stolen vehicle.

Officials say the woman who owns the vehicle saw it being removed from her driveway in Dryden early in the morning January 20 and called Dryden Police along with the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department.

Tompkins Cortland Community College Police saw the vehicle on Route 13 between Dryden and Cortland and followed it as it sped away.

The TC3 patrol eventually followed tire tracks in the snow and found the vehicle at a home on Hunts Corner Road in Lapeer, in Cortland County.

26 year old Johnathon Reynolds of Ithaca and 20 year old Zackery Swansbrough of Dryden are charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

The men were sent to the Cortland County Jail.  Reynolds is being held without bail while bail for Swansbrough was sent at $5,000.
