State police say two people face drug and weapon possession charges in Delaware County.

Authorities say 28-year-old Jose Ozuna of Newark, New Jersey, was stopped by troopers on Route 28 in the town of Middletown.

Police say Ozuna was in possession of about five ounces of cocaine, a digital scale and a switchblade knife.

Investigators later executed a search warrant at a home on Elliot Hills Road in the town of Middletown.

During the search, police found a loaded shotgun, marijuana and a switchblade knife.

Officials say 26-year-old Dawn Hayden, who lives at the residence that was searched, was arrested.

Ozuna was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.

Hayden was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon.

Ozuna and Hayden were being held in Delaware County Jail after their arraignment in Middletown town court.
