The Broome County Special Investigators Unit Task Force in collaboration with the FBI have charged a Binghamton man for allegedly selling significant amounts of heroin and crack cocaine.

Police officials say they have arrested 35 year-old Brian Hime of 75 Liberty Street after executing a Federal search warrant at that location.  Police recovered nearly six ounces of cocaine, steroids, $3,400 in cash, a rifle, handgun ammunition and narcotics paraphernalia.  The search warrant was executed by the Binghamton/Vestal/Johnson City Police SWAT Team.

Hime is federally charged with Engaging in a Narcotics Conspiracy.  He was arraigned in U.S. District Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.  If convicted, Hime could face up to life in prison.
