Driveway Drug Needles in Tully

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say a Tully woman is accused of dropping drug paraphernalia in a driveway at the Maybelle Trailer Park.

23 year old Candace Hughes, who also lives at the trailer park, is charged with four counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument after authorities found four needles in the driveway and Hughes was unable to provide a needle exchange card.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Preble Court next month.
