A Binghamton Man who was driving a car that smashed into a city grocery store on Friday has died according to police and hospital officials.

Investigators have said they believe the brakes on the car that was driven by 32-year-old Justin Kehoe had failed prior to the vehicle careening down Burr Avenue and crashing into the storefront of the Wise Market on Conklin Avenue.

Kehoe had been on life support and died Sunday night.  His wife and two children suffered minor injuries.  No one inside or outside of the grocery store were injured.
