Driver Charged With DWI In Endicott Crash

An Endicott man has been accused of drunken driving following a vehicle crash in the town of Union.

State police say 25-year-old Kyle Moran was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Investigators say Moran was arrested Friday after a crash on Hayes Avenue. They say his blood alcohol content had been measured at 0.24 percent. That's three times the legal limit.

Moran was ordered to appear in Union town court.
