Driver Charged Following Johnson City Crash

A Johnson City man was arrested after a two-vehicle collision in the village.

Authorities say 27-year-old Kangmin Ko was charged with driving while intoxicated following a November 1 crash on Floral Avenue.

According to Johnson City police, Ko told an officer he rear-ended another vehicle which drove away.

The other vehicle was described as a white van. Police were unable to find it.

In addition to the DWI count, Ko was charged with following too closely.

Ko was ordered to appear in Johnson City village court on November 30.
