Driver Arrested After Johnson City Crash

A Binghamton man faces several charges following a vehicle crash in Johnson City.

Authorities say 20-year-old Clifford Harris was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and unlicensed operation.

Harris also faces additional counts of DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more.

Police say Harris was driving a vehicle that crashed into a building at Burbank and Floral avenues early Saturday morning.

Although the building sustained extensive damage, Harris was not hurt.

Harris was ordered to appear in Johnson City village court November 13.
