An Endicott man is accused of making methamphetamine in his Oak Hill Avenue home.

The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) searched the second floor apartment of 29 year old Matthew Morrissey May 29 and say they found 40 expended 'one-pot' methamphetamine labs, 3 ounces of suspected meth oil, meth smoking paraphernalia and a pill bottle containing what is believed to be methamphetamine residue.

Morrissey is charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.
