Several buildings along Court Street in downtown Binghamton have undergone a series of improvements in recent months.

Two new student housing projects are transforming abandoned retail and office buildings. They are scheduled to open in the next few weeks.

Other downtown properties also are being revitalized, including a building at 47 Court Street. The structure is at the corner of Court and Washington streets, just south of the MetroCenter Mall.
