Laveggio Roasteria will be leaving the space it has occupied at 101 Court Street for the past decade.

The business located across from the Security Mutual Building must be out of its current space by the end of this month.

The coffee house and its roasting operation will be moving to a store front a short distance away at 178 State Street. The new location is just north of Burger Monday's restaurant and across the street from the Binghamton Federal Building.

Broome County records show the building where Laveggio now is located was acquired in July by FDG Real Property Holdings LLC for $800,000. It's not known what is planned for the four-story building, which currently has apartments on its upper floors.
