A half dozen people are facing charges after a Broome County Sheriff's Deputy on patrol in Endwell May 12th, saw a brawl in the rear parking lot of the Knight's Inn on East Main Street.

Officials say the incident was seen at the motel at around 8 p.m. and the Deputy said he saw one man hit another in the head with a large piece of wood.

The Deputy and other responding officers were able to quickly break up the brawl and the man who was hit in the head was taken to the hospital for treatment.

50 year old Benjamin Gordon Senior of Dansville is charged with felony causing physical injury with a weapon and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.

32 year Benjamin Gordon Junior of Dansville, 40 year old Donald Cole of Endicott, 42 year old Del Sprague of Leicester in Livingston County, 21 year old Arturo Delgado of Endicott and 27 year old Robert Perez of Binghamton were all ticketed for disorderly conduct.

Deputies say they also discovered Perez was wanted for petit larceny in Vestal.
