Deposit Man is Accused of Drugged Driving

A Deposit man is accused of driving while under the influence of drugs.

New York State Police say they responded to State Route 79 in the area of the Bread and Butter Store in the Town of Colesville shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday, January 27 and found a red Ford F150 pickup truck in the ditch.

Troopers arrested 22 year old Anthony Viviano for driving while ability impaired by drugs, marijuana possession and traffic violations.

Authorities allege that Viviano was not only driving while impaired and had marijuana in his possession, but had been trying to use his cell phone before he drove into the ditch.
