Deposit Man Charged With Sexual Abuse

A Deposit man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a 15-year-old.

Authorities say 30-year-old Nathan Tuttle faces several charges in connection with incidents believed to have happened earlier this year.

According to state police, Tuttle is accused of having sexual contact with the teenager. He also is alleged to have sent inappropriate pictures of himself to the youth.

Tuttle was charged with four counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Tuttle was arraigned in Deposit village court. He was sent to Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.
